China is restricting video games, thinking that they demasculinize men, making them weaker and less interested in starting a family. Family is increasingly becoming important to China due to the impact of the one-child policy, which resulted in a dearth of women. Instead of boys playing video games, they are to do more P.E. in school and learn traditional masculine values.
